Importance of traceability in the logistics chain will be the theme of the GAFFFF 25 panel

THE Global Agribusiness Festival (GAFFFF), which will take place on June 5th and 6th at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo, will address the main trends and innovations in agribusiness.

Among the highlights of the program is the “PANEL 6C: The Importance of Traceability for Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance”, which will open the activities on stage A, on the first day of the event, at 11 am.

The discussion will feature the participation of Caio Penido, president of Mato Grosso Meat Institute (Imac). Traceability in the production chain is essential for food safety and regulatory compliance. The process involves monitoring all stages of production, from the source to the end consumer, allowing for the rapid identification of risks and the removal of products that do not meet quality standards.
