Marcos Livi

Marcos Livi is the fire man. At 50 years old, he has 40 years of Gastronomy, 30 of them in the São Paulo market, where he created the Bah Group.


Livi discovered the profession in the family business, the traditional "Xis da Dona Laura", in São Francisco de Paula, in Serra Gaúcha. Graduated in Gastronomy from Escola Castelli and International Chef from Senac, he gained experience taking Gaucho culture to São Paulo, where he established himself with the Verissimo, Quintana, Brique, Nápoli Centrale and FFBurger enterprises.


In his hometown, he revitalized the Parador Hampel hotel, a century-old accommodation, where he presents the menu of the Ana Terra restaurant and A Ferro e Fogo, an experience around the fire that takes place on Sundays and tours the country.


Mentor of gastronomic projects, Livi signs Vistta_sc, a restaurant facing the Cânions do Sul, in Santa Catarina, and is highly sought after for large events and exclusive dinners. He has worked for four years coordinating the gastronomy of the premium area of ​​the Planeta Atlântida Festival.
