    Yes. The stadium features ramps, elevators, and adapted facilities designed to ensure accessibility and comfort for people with reduced mobility. Wheelchair users are entitled to one companion. If a wheelchair user requires two companions, a special permit must be requested from the event organizers.

    Are there reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities

    Yes. The parking facility offers reserved spaces near the elevators upon presentation of a valid accessible parking permit.

    Does Nubank Parque have accessible restrooms?

    Yes. The stadium has 63 accessible restrooms distributed across different levels of the venue.

    What accessible facilities are available at Nubank Parque?

    The stadium offers several accessibility and inclusion features, including:

    • Accessible ticket offices;
    • Reserved seating areas in the lower stands for wheelchair users and individuals with reduced mobility;
    • Dedicated seating for people with obesity;
    • Adapted areas with additional seating for companions and family members.
    Can I bring my guide dog to the event?

    Yes. Guide dogs will be permitted in accordance with applicable legislation.

  • How do I collect my badge?

    Badges will be distributed in person during the participant check-in process at the event.

    What should I do if I lose or damage my badge?
    • Lost badge: A replacement badge cannot be issued without authorization from the event organization.
    • Damaged badge: Participants should visit the credentialing desk for evaluation and possible replacement.
    Can I request a replacement badge?

    The issuance of a replacement badge will be subject to review and approval by the event organization.

  • What is the age restriction for the event?

    The event is not recommended for individuals under 18 years old. However, minors may attend subject to the conditions established in the Terms of Use available on the event’s official website.

    What are the event access requirements?

    Access to the event will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket, identification badge, and a government-issued photo ID.

    What are the event operating hours?

    Gates will open at 8:00 AM, and activities will end at 11:00 PM. The full schedule will be available in the “Program” section of the event’s official website.

    Can I leave and re-enter the event?

    Yes. Re-entry will be permitted upon presentation of the badge, valid ticket, and government-issued ID until 6 p.m. After that time, re-entry will not be permitted; attendees may only leave the event.

    How do I get to the event?

    The event venue can be accessed through multiple transportation options. Whenever possible, we recommend using ride-sharing apps or public transportation for greater convenience when traveling to Nubank Parque.

    The Palmeiras–Barra Funda station (Metro Line 3 – Red Line, CPTM train lines, and bus terminal) is located approximately a 15-minute walk from the stadium.

    For participants arriving by car, on-site parking managed by Estapar will be available subject to space availability. Parking is not included with any ticket, credential, or access category, and all parking costs and use are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • Food and Beverage
  • Is food included with the ticket?

    No. Food and beverage services will be sold separately during the event and are not included in the ticket price.

    What food options will be available at the event?

    The event will feature Nubank Parque’s official concession stands and food outlets, offering a variety of food and beverage options, including burgers, pizzas, snacks, sandwiches, quick meals, desserts, and beverages available throughout the stadium.

    In addition, the festival will feature special culinary pop-ups from the restaurants La Coppa, Braza, and Nagairô, as well as the Arena de Fogo, a dedicated space for live-fire cooking experiences and live culinary demonstrations during the event.

    How does the Arena de Fogo work?

    Arena de Fogo is one of the festival’s special culinary attractions, dedicated to barbecue culture and open-fire cooking experiences. The space will feature renowned pitmasters, live cooking demonstrations, and food products available for separate purchase. Access to the area will be open to all event participants.

    Is ownership of the ingress mandatory?

    Yes. For FULL and SINGLE tickets, the ticket must be registered under the name of the participant who will attend the event. During on-site check-in, participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID and confirm their full name and company information, which will appear on the event badge.

    Where can I purchase tickets for the event?

    Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

    Yes. Ticket transfers can be completed directly through the ticket area on the Sympla platform, either via the website or the official app.

    Can I cancel my ticket?
