      1. ABOUT GAFFFF:

           1.1 GAFFFF, Global Agribusiness Festival (“Festival”), is organized by GAFFFF FESTIVAL LTDA. (“GAFFFF”), a private legal entity, registered with the CNPJ/MF under number 56.687.118/0001-94, located at Calçada das Magnólias, No. 56, Room 11, Alphaville Commercial Center, Barueri/SP, ZIP Code: 06453-000.

          1.2 GAFFFF is an in-person event with an extensive program, ranging from panels with organizations, leaders, and authorities from the agribusiness sector to a festival that explores the main pillars of agribusiness culture, particularly culture, gastronomy, and music.

          1.3 The Festival will be open to the general public and will take place on June 05 and 06, 2025, starting at 9 a.m., at Allianz Parque. Tickets must be purchased online through the website https://www.sympla.com.br/, and payment will be required for ticket purchase.


      2. PURPOSE

          2.1 This Privacy and Data Security Policy aims to establish the rules for the processing of the data collected, as well as to clarify the commitment of the Global Agribusiness Festival to ensure the protection of the requested data in accordance with the applicable legislation, especially the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

          2.2 The Global Agribusiness Festival is deeply committed to safeguarding your privacy and security.
